Orders and payment
Product descriptions, personalisation, prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown before payment. An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation.
Production and delivery
Products are made and shipped as described in our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs.
Returns and refunds
The published returns policy forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
